Lacey Phillips

My name is Lacey Phillips, and I was born and raised in Jamaica. I completed high school at an early age and moved directly into college. Due to personal circumstances and limited guidance at the time, I had to end my studies after one year, an experience that helped me grow and better understand my goals. I have worked twice as an assistant teacher, staying in each role for as long as I was needed, where I developed strong communication skills, patience, organization, and the ability to work with different personalities. I also had the opportunity to travel to the United States for the first time, spending two months gaining valuable life and cultural experience. After returning to Jamaica, I came back motivated and ready to work. I am particularly interested in roles such as call center representative, customer support, or call support positions, where I can use my communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to learn while building a stable and rewarding career.
