I am a native Japanese speaker with over 30 years of full immersion in Japan and C2-level mastery of reading, writing, and spoken Japanese. I combine this language expertise with strong English comprehension for technical guidelines and product documentation.

For more than a decade I have developed deep communication skills through sales and customer-facing roles; since 2020 I have worked as a freelance B2B inside sales representative handling thousands of outbound calls and precise documentation.

Since 2023 I have been independently evaluating AI chatbots in text and voice modes, rigorously following predefined prompts and detailed guidelines to detect hallucinations, tone shifts, inconsistencies, and issues from Japanese ambiguity.

I also build small automation tools and prompt workflows, conduct reverse-engineering analyses of model behavior, and consistently deliver accurate, confidentiality-conscious feedback and structured error categorization.
