Manage both Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering in new product development, process improvement, and support for existing products and operations. Implement new systems, new equipment, and provide information for production.

Worked with quality team to design and validate their processes and capabilities, preformed R&R studies on CNC mills and lathes and conducted quality studies using Zeiss Contura G2 CMM’s to increase throughput from quality control inspection.

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Ranch Hand I am responsible for evaluating current processes, creating new solutions for improvement, supporting lean transformation, and conferring with vendors. I also design and create equipment for continual improvement throughout Ranch Hand.

Led a small team of manufacturing engineers to implement process improvements, decrease manufacturing delays, and conduct 6S improvements.

During my time at Boedeker Plastics I worked under Boedeker Precision. I started, organized, and implemented a validation system for the machining and measuring machines and processes. Using Six Sigma, R&R studies, and calibration equipment, I was able to create a more consistent and reliable machining process for lathe and mill machining.
