I am a merchandising and retail operations professional focused on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and driving sales through strong visual and inventory strategies. I bring hands-on experience managing store flow and supporting leadership across multi-location retail environments.
At Emporio Armani I manage back-of-house operations for two locations, order and transfer merchandise nationwide, and use Excel alongside SAP and ARM to control on-hand counts and monitor sales.
