Kylee North

I’m a motivated Educational Assistant with a strong passion for hands-on, supportive learning—especially for students with autism and developmental delays. During my time with the Superior North Catholic District school board, I moved from casual to full-time permanent and have been supporting children one on one for 4 years.

I’m trained in communication supports including the 6 phases of PECS (picture exchange communication system) and ongoing learning with an AAC device, including modeling through the “Lamp” app. I also complete data sheets for tracking (e.g., ABC, SIB, and testing) and have taught one on one UFLI lessons, bringing structure, empathy, and attention to detail to every day in the classroom.
