I design and support enterprise storage, server, cloud, and distributed infrastructure for business-critical workloads through NST Institute consulting. I build highly available solutions spanning storage, networking, identity, monitoring, backup, recovery, replication, and resilience.
At Allstate, I supported storage-dependent platforms across AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Linux. I automated provisioning and operations with Python, Terraform, Ansible, and REST APIs while implementing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and CloudWatch.
My work at AT&T and IBM included Dell EMC PowerMax, HPE 3PAR, Brocade Fibre Channel SAN, NetApp ONTAP, FC zoning, LUN provisioning, and multipathing. I troubleshoot production incidents, strengthen recovery readiness, and document reliable operational procedures.
