I am an agricultural engineer and experienced project analyst with a strong track record in energy, mining and development sectors across Togo and the region. I have led and supported large multi-stakeholder projects — from national program operationalization and institutional reforms to fundraising and monitoring — delivering diagnostics, roadmaps, implementation strategies and capacity building.
