I’m a Commerce undergraduate with hands-on experience in customer communication, sales support, supplier coordination, and business operations through a family-run handicrafts enterprise. I’m reliable and detail-oriented, and I enjoy turning day-to-day tasks into smooth customer experiences.

Since 2022, I’ve handled customer inquiries, custom requirements, and order updates while maintaining strong customer relationships. I coordinated day-to-day order processing and operational workflows, especially during peak seasonal demand, so orders move accurately and on time.

I also support procurement and quality by sourcing products and raw materials from suppliers, negotiating pricing, and monitoring quality standards. In addition, I maintain inventory records, purchase documentation, and basic business accounts using spreadsheets.

I’m proactive about market awareness, conducting market visits to track pricing trends, product opportunities, and competitor offerings. I’m eager to contribute in customer support, sales support, operations, administration, or remote roles where accuracy, responsiveness, and teamwork matter.
