I use Nexthink, SysTrack, ControlUp, Power BI, and PowerShell automation to monitor endpoint experience, platform health, and service trends. My work also includes workplace security controls, endpoint modernization, and print infrastructure lifecycle activities.
Earlier, at Fortis Healthcare Ltd, I implemented One Fortis HIS across Chennai locations and led Windows endpoint and server migrations. I hold Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Nexthink Expert, and Certified SysTrack Administrator certifications.
