I’m an Information Systems graduate who works at the intersection of ICT training, digital content creation, and practical web administration. I’ve developed and delivered learning experiences that help learners build confidence and real-world digital skills.

In my professional work, I’ve supported organizations by managing websites and maintaining digital platforms, including working as a web administrator and WordPress website editor. I’ve also handled hands-on technical tasks such as computer servicing, router and switch configuration, TCP/IP setup, and backups.

Alongside technical delivery, I create engaging digital content and contribute to social media communication. As an ICT trainer and volunteer, I’ve strengthened my ability to collaborate with diverse teams, facilitate inclusive learning, and deliver community-focused initiatives.

Now, I’m aiming to serve as a Youth Connect Master Trainer with the British Council—creating participatory learning environments that build digital literacy, entrepreneurship, critical thinking, collaboration, and active citizenship.
