At UKG, I implement UKG Ready HR, Benefits, TLM, and Payroll modules end-to-end for multiple client engagements. I lead requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, deployment, hyper-care, and client change support.

I manage employee profiles, benefit plans, eligibility rules, open enrollment cycles, schedules, pay rules, and time policies. I also create knowledge-base materials and collaborate with US teams and global clients on implementation best practices and end-user training.

Before consulting, I supported Workforce Dimensions SaaS infrastructure as a Cloud Engineer, managing 500+ Postgres and Cassandra databases, Linux servers, integrations, and API failures. That experience strengthened my incident management, root-cause analysis, SLA adherence, and customer communication.

I've received two UKG Silver Awards for delivery excellence and bring a solution-oriented approach to HR technology delivery. I enjoy combining hands-on HCM configuration with a technical cloud and infrastructure foundation.
