At Kore.ai, I lead and mentor manual testers while building UI test automation with Playwright and TypeScript using a Page Object Model framework. I’ve set up test execution in Jenkins and look for repetitive work in testing and team processes that I can automate.

I built utilities to centralize test reports, trigger and manage build executions through the Harness API, and automate daily QA tasks with Python. Earlier, at Kore.ai, I tested AI-driven chatbot applications and designed API tests with Postman; at Amazon Development Center, I tested localization and internationalization for tablet devices and reported defects across 15 releases.
