At Unit4 ERP, I manage the QA process end to end and develop and maintain automated E2E and performance test suites.

I identified and fixed automated tests producing false positives, restoring reliability to the test suite. I also improved the performance testing process so its tests became more accurate and useful.

Earlier at Unit4 ERP, I worked as a Junior Test Analyst and Test Analyst Trainee, executing manual test cases, verifying and reporting defects, and assisting with early automation tasks. I hold the ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level certification.
