At American Heart of Poland, I’m responsible for procurement, sourcing, purchasing operations and logistics across PLN 1.1B in annual spend. I’m working to transform the procurement function, strengthen category governance and build a scalable operating model.

At Sylvamo, I led European sourcing across €406M in annual spend and delivered €34.7M in P&L savings. I also implemented Coupa P2P and CLM, improving contract coverage by 34%.

At Eurofins, I led Group Purchasing across €1.55B in annual spend and delivered €73M in P&L savings. Earlier, I managed global categories across €505M and 411 locations, and at Johnson Electric I reduced plastic moulded-part suppliers from 126 to 42.
