I’m seeking to contribute to service centre operations, team performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.

At Underroof Enterprises, I coordinated day-to-day business operations across departments and developed Excel-based dashboards to monitor KPIs. I also prepared operational reports and performance summaries for senior management.

At Desire4Travels, I optimized campaigns and used A/B testing to improve social media engagement by 40–50%. I was promoted to lead a team of five social media interns, coordinating content planning and task execution.
