I've spent 20 years with DICK'S Sporting Goods turning local customer demand, seasonal traffic, and product performance into merchandise priorities. In Panama City Beach, I researched top sellers and demand patterns to help buyers secure the right products for tourism peaks.

I lead inventory execution across receiving, merchandise flow, replenishment, stock accuracy, markdowns, promotions, and visual merchandising. I monitor item and category performance to spot fast sellers, stock gaps, excess product, and seasonal opportunities.

I've led multiple store inventories and traveling inventory teams, supported 15 new-store openings, and contributed to remodels and merchandising projects for DICK'S and Going, Going, Gone! I also served as Shrink and Safety Coach and trained assistant managers and managers at the district level.

Earlier, I managed high-volume restaurant transactions and daily deposits in a seasonal market. My finance foundation and AutoCAD drafting experience complement my hands-on retail planning and operational background.
