At Clarks Americas, I manage demand forecasting and inventory planning for footwear, handbags, and accessories across a large multi-location retail network.

I lead allocation and replenishment for the off-price men’s business, distributing more than 50,000 units weekly while balancing availability, sell-through, and inventory productivity.

I’ve supported more than 20 new store openings through assortment planning, opening allocations, and stock-build strategy. I also improve allocation workflows and train planners on allocation procedures and size-break creation.
