I've supported teens at Timothy Center's Intensive Outpatient Program through faith-integrated, trauma-informed individual therapy and DBT-based group skills training.

I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans, provide psychoeducation, and support continuity of care for clients navigating depression, anxiety, and emotional regulation challenges.

As a Public Health Nurse for Missouri local public health agencies and a PICU Staff Nurse II and Charge Nurse at MU Healthcare's Women's and Children's Hospital, I've educated families, triaged confidential health information, conducted communicable-disease surveillance, and cared for medically fragile pediatric patients.

My work is grounded in cross-cultural community engagement, volunteer training, and sustainable support. Through ministry leadership, international volunteering in the Dominican Republic and Peru, and maternal/baby clinic service, I've built relationships across diverse community settings.
