What I'm looking for
I’m an Operations & Audit Support Specialist with hands-on experience in transaction checking, inventory tracking, reconciliation, and branch coordination. I review daily transactions for errors, missing details, and mismatches between receipts and system records, and I support reconciliation of sales, discounts, and branch reports.
I also check and correct inventory stock transfers (quantity, cost, and destination accuracy) and coordinate with branches to resolve pricing and system-related issues. On the improvement side, I create basic reporting templates and documentation using Excel and Google Sheets, support SOP writing and workflow organization, and help reduce manual errors through structured, accuracy-focused reporting.
