What I'm looking for

I'm motivated to apply my academic knowledge to real-world challenges, particularly in financial markets, and support data-driven decision making.

At Manchester Metropolitan University, I completed a BSc Economics with a 2:1. My studies developed my experience with research and data analysis of global economic issues.

I have a keen interest in financial markets and want to apply my academic knowledge to real-world challenges and support data-driven decision making.

As an IT Service Desk Administrator, I advised employees on technical issues and provided updates and guidance through the service desk system.

I also managed user accounts, permissions and password resets, and logged and documented incidents. I hold Microsoft Suite certificates in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
