At Housing.com, I led revamps of the Home Page, Property Details Page, and Search Results Page, improving their frontend architecture and backend services. I redesigned GraphQL BFF APIs to run downstream calls in parallel, reducing average response time on the Property Details Page from about 400ms to 250ms.
I designed GraphQL BFF services with caching and fault-tolerant fallbacks, and built event-driven services using Node.js and Kafka. I also built a notification service with MongoDB and SQS/SNS, deployed on Kubernetes.
I improved automated test coverage from 38% to 74% and modernized CI/CD pipelines, cutting production build time from more than two hours to about 20 minutes. I also led observability work and mentored engineers on frontend and backend design.
