I'm looking to lead performance engineering and AI-augmented quality initiatives for mission-critical digital platforms, combining automation, observability, CI/CD, and mentoring to improve reliability and release confidence.

At Emirates NBD, I own end-to-end performance strategy for mobile banking, internet banking, and open banking APIs serving millions of customers. I design load, stress, spike, and endurance tests aligned with UAE Central Bank SLA mandates.

I've delivered performance engineering across TD Bank, Woolworths, Pearson, and Santander, uncovering JVM, GC, deadlock, scalability, and API bottlenecks. My work has improved TD Bank transaction throughput by 45%, supported 99.9% uptime compliance at ENBD, and enabled zero-touch regression execution for 300+ Woolworths API and UI scenarios.

I combine JMeter, LoadRunner, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, API testing, observability, and CI/CD integration with practical AI workflows. I use GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate scripting, synthesize test data, identify anomalies, and produce actionable RCA reports while mentoring engineers on quality engineering practices.
