At Masterworks' Nabeh AI Division, I test REST APIs, validate JSON schemas and RAG endpoints, triage defects to root cause, and coordinate a hands-on QA team of about nine.
Previously at ZestIoT, I helped build the QA function from zero—defining strategy and standards, shipping the team's first Selenium Page Object Model framework, and setting up Jenkins CI/CD. I also tested integrations against external airport data, reconciled cross-system timing discrepancies, and made release-readiness decisions across functional and regression testing.
