At Charter Communications, I set up and own the Jenkins CI/CD environment that runs Tricentis Tosca suites across deployment environments. I also built NQEToscaBot, a Python bot that triggers smoke runs, classifies failures, matches known JIRA defects, and provides release-certification verdicts; it reduced hands-on smoke effort from ~55 hours to minutes.
I’ve worked extensively with the SAAF scriptless API automation framework, including moving test data from Excel to AWS DynamoDB and storing API payloads and results in AWS S3. I also migrated API automation from REST Assured to Tosca and created reusable, model-based API tests for Verizon and TMO workflows.
Earlier, at Wheels Inc, I developed mobile automation for iOS and Android, and at Cyient Inc. I supported fiber network design and geospatial applications. I’ve also designed an AI system that turns JIRA tickets and design documents into test cases, earning the “Immediate Impact” Award at Charter Communications’ AI Techno Fest.
