I redesigned a quality framework that improved process accuracy from 70% to 95%, and submitted a provider Tax-ID inventory idea that placed in the top 10 at the Carelon Ideathon.
At UnitedHealth Group / Optum, I worked across claims, appeals and grievances, and business analysis. My automation initiatives received the Innovation Champion Award and saved $10M annually and 450 man-hours per month.
My US healthcare experience includes Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, HIPAA, and revenue cycle management. I’m PMP®-certified and also hold a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification.
