I am a results-oriented Software QA Lead with over 14 years' experience designing, implementing, and managing QA strategies across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
I have led and mentored multiple QA teams, defined QA strategy and QA processes, and established dashboards to report QA progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders; I drive continuous improvement, conduct internal audits, and ensure audit readiness and SLA adherence.
Technically, I architect and deliver robust automation frameworks — UI, API and performance — using Selenium WebDriver (Java), REST Assured, Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), and Apache JMeter, and integrate suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI.
