What I'm looking for
I am an L3 Network Engineer with over nine years of experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise LAN and WAN infrastructures. I specialize in Cisco, Aruba, Silver Peak SD-WAN, F5 LTM and related network technologies to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
I currently work at Atos India Pvt. Ltd., supporting global customers including WSP and S&P Global, handling incidents, changes, and high-severity outages under strict SLAs. I lead troubleshooting efforts across routers, switches, SD-WAN appliances, VPNs and Nexus connectivity to maintain availability and performance.
My day-to-day responsibilities include VIP and SSL tasks on F5 LTM, Silver Peak SD-WAN deployment and changes, IPAM tasks, device configuration backup using HP Network Automation, and coordination with international ISPs. I participate in CAB meetings and follow ITIL change management and incident processes.
I hold certifications including CCNP Switching and ITIL Foundation, and I bring strong hands-on experience with network monitoring and automation tools (Spectrum, SolarWinds, SDM12.9, ServiceNow, Remedy, IPAM). I am focused on optimizing network performance, reducing downtime, and delivering measurable customer satisfaction.
