Technical owner of the automation framework, regression testing, and release test delivery for customer-facing SDK releases. Built a next-generation test automation framework, designed a device management service, and cut regression turnaround by ~75%.

Owned performance testing for a connected-vehicle telematics platform, designed JMeter load/stress/endurance scenarios, and built CI pipelines for performance tests. Led a 4-member QE team and architected a reusable Python + Robot Framework + Selenium automation framework.

Gathered requirements and turned them into test plans and detailed test cases for web, mobile, and backend services. Executed functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing, and ran JMeter performance tests to identify bottlenecks.
