What I'm looking for

I'm looking for software and ML engineering roles, especially on teams building production search, retrieval, evaluation, or LLM systems.

At Microsoft, I built a self-serve search-evaluation platform for Teams Search that turned manual ranking analysis into live Azure Data Explorer dashboards for NDCG@k, NRR, and recall@k. I also built an Insights layer for LLM-judge versus human-rater agreement, A/B comparisons, failure drill-down, and CI regression gates.

I'm completing a B.Tech in Computer Science at IIT Guwahati and build systems across retrieval, LLM evaluation, compilers, and algorithms. My projects include Turing Tree, a vectorless, on-device RAG system that matched a vector-database baseline at accuracy@5 = 1.00 while abstaining on 100% of off-topic queries, plus a nanoC compiler front-end and an optimal Rubik's Cube solver.
