What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead equipment reliability, process improvements, and safety initiatives while managing projects and mentoring maintenance teams in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

I am a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in high-temperature materials processing, equipment commissioning, and maintenance leadership. In my current role I lead process ownership and manage specialized production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

I have driven measurable improvements including inbound quality inspections that reduced process fallout, implemented auto-reordering for critical consumables, and led root-cause investigations to address safety and quality issues. I manage CapEx and productivity projects from conception through execution, including budgeting and timeline control.

My technical strengths include metallurgy, induction melting, vacuum systems, inert gas systems, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and overall equipment reliability. I leverage CAD tools, data analysis, and standard work documentation to implement design and process improvements.

I hold a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with additional credentials in mathematics and sustainable technologies, and I have published research on bio-based plastics while contributing to battery and thin-film research projects.
