What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply mixed-methods research, program design, and human-centered insight to help teams uncover unmet needs and turn findings into meaningful strategy, experiences, and measurable outcomes.

At Flowers Early Learning, I built an organization-wide wellness program for 200 employees using surveys, qualitative feedback, and observational data to identify unmet needs and guide program design. I also redesigned employee survey reporting, increasing participation from 25% to 47% across 190+ employees.

I bring 9+ years of research, counseling, and program experience to translating complex findings into practical decisions. I've led inclusion initiatives, curriculum-pilot research with Special Olympics Michigan, stakeholder training, and cross-functional reviews that connect evidence, lived experience, and action.
