At Cambrian Technologies, I grew the AWS partnership from Advanced to Premier Tier, which AWS published as a case study. I also launched and scaled cloud service offerings that generated €7 million ARR.

I’m moving Cambrian from a traditional ITSM/MSP model to an AIOps-based MSP, including production-ready agentic AI workflows on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and RAG. AI triage prepares findings and a suggested response within 50 seconds for more than 60% of MSP/PLS tickets, while engineer hours per ticket are down 65% against the pre-AI baseline.

At Atos - Global MSP, I led the Siemens migration transformation programme, moving 6K of 10K on-premises servers to the Atos private cloud. The programme cut costs by more than 30% over 3 years and raised customer satisfaction from 40% to 90%. I’m currently employed as a contractor and considering competitive offers.
