I’m a Solution Consultant with 3 years of experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations for globally recognised clients including Cisco, Unilever, AstraZeneca, Kuehne+Nagel, Sanofi, Electrolux Professional and Wilhelmsen. I specialise in Order-to-Cash process design, ERP integration, data migration and cutover planning across 10+ go-lives.

I combine hands-on technical skills with structured delivery—managing SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), SAP C4C, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle and cloud solutions, and translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. I’ve produced full project documentation suites (AS-IS/TO-BE, fit-gap, integration specifications, KPI frameworks, training materials, test scripts and risk logs) while coordinating stakeholder groups of 20+ across business, IT and senior leadership.

Promoted from Associate Consultant to Solution Consultant within 7 months, I’ve led end-to-end implementations as primary consultant, including managing SAP Order-to-Billing (OTB) and OTC integrations across multiple concurrent projects.
