What I'm looking for

I'm looking for Lead or Senior Engineering roles in Ahmedabad, remotely, or through relocation, where I can own architecture and delivery, lead teams, and build scalable full-stack products.

At Simform Solutions, I lead a 5–8 person cross-functional team delivering full-stack MEAN applications for enterprise clients across fintech, healthcare, IoT, and SaaS. I own architecture, cloud infrastructure, code quality, and delivery from requirements through production.

I've been promoted from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer to Lead Software Engineer in under three years. My work has improved legacy API response times by roughly 20–30%, reduced post-release defect reports by an estimated 20–25%, and kept sprint delivery predictability above 85–90%.

I build with Node.js, Angular, React.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Azure, while mentoring engineers, running technical hiring, and working directly with clients. I've delivered 9+ production projects, including healthcare platforms, tutoring marketplaces, device-management dashboards, and P2P lending workflows.
