I’m a results-driven Senior Technical Services Engineer with extensive experience steering Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations for enterprise applications. I focus on securing authorization and authentication pathways while keeping integrations reliable and scalable.

I’ve led engineering, deployment, and optimization of IAM infrastructures, and I’ve designed and implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. My work reduces user credential friction and helps lower access-related support tickets.

I serve as an escalation point and mentor, providing advanced technical expertise and diagnosing root-cause infrastructure issues across system operations. I’m comfortable blending technical troubleshooting with practical execution to keep teams moving through complex incidents.

I also administer hybrid directory services across Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD to support identity lifecycle automation and access governance. Earlier in my career, I built and maintained interactive LMS web pages and delivered training webinars using tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
