Most recently I worked at Sovcombank Technologies on anti-fraud monitoring. I built data marts in ClickHouse and MS SQL Server behind Power BI dashboards, tracked false positive rates and blocked transaction volumes, and my recommendations were used to adjust fraud rules. I also evaluated CRM campaigns against control groups and replaced manual reporting with Python scripts.
Before that, at ID Collect, I set up reporting for a debt collection business almost from scratch, with ClickHouse marts, 15+ Tableau dashboards and automation that saved the team 8-10 hours a week. I ran A/B tests on collection strategies (the best one lifted the target metric by 11%) and used debtor segmentation to decide where collectors should focus.
At Nefis Cosmetics I analyzed the online store funnel and ran A/B tests, one of which increased purchase conversion by 16% and average order value by 12%. I also maintained Airflow ETL pipelines for commercial reporting.
