What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build on my foundation in QA leadership and project management, combining my technical QA background with people leadership, delivery coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

At Infosys, I led QA activities for a global healthcare project, coordinating testing across all STLC stages. I developed test strategies, plans, estimates, and execution approaches aligned with project requirements.

I managed and mentored a six-member QA team, supporting delivery, resource planning, and quality objectives. I also monitored quality metrics and reported them to support delivery and management decisions.

I jointly coordinated SIT and UAT with stakeholders across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, representing the offshore QA team. I drove defect management, root-cause analysis, risk identification, and resolution tracking to support timely releases.

Earlier at Infosys, I designed test cases and executed functional, UI, regression, and end-to-end testing, primarily for mobile-focused web applications. I also performed API testing using Postman and used SAP ERP, SAP Backoffice, and SAP Hybris Admin Console in testing activities.
