I’m a Software Engineering student and data enthusiast focused on building practical software that improves real outcomes in healthcare, logistics, and agriculture. I combine full-stack development with machine learning to turn data and user needs into working systems, while staying rigorous about quality and documentation.

In my Software Engineering internship at Tiara Connect, I participated in the full software development lifecycle, contributing to design and implementation of software features. I collaborated with senior engineers to debug, test, and deploy application components in an agile environment, and I built hands-on confidence with version control workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

At Jamii Telecommunications, I supported internal teams by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. I also helped set up and maintain networking infrastructure to minimize downtime, and I documented common support tickets by creating knowledge-base articles to improve first-call resolution rates. Earlier, as a Business Systems Intern, I produced detailed user manuals and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) for ERP systems and streamlined internal workflows, earning formal recognition for high-quality reports and exceptional attention to detail.

My projects reflect the way I like to work: end-to-end, measurable, and user-centered. With the E-Hospital System, I built a doctor appointment booking module, integrated clinic location services, and designed a secure online payment gateway using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS. With the Route Optimization Model, I engineered a Random Forest classifier, applied Grid Search hyperparameter tuning to improve accuracy by over 15%, and visualized traffic trends using Matplotlib and Seaborn, supported by Python and scikit-learn—plus structured training from the IBM Data Science Bootcamp and an innovation-focused Tech Expo Incubation program.
