At Global Fortune 500 Manufacturer (Robert Bosch LLC), I built an enterprise Scrum operating system that grew by demonstration and invitation to roughly 35 teams and 150 to 200 associates across six countries. I also created custom Jira boards, dashboards, and reporting so teams could share a clear view of their work.

During the company’s digital transformation, I represented North America on the global Agile strategy team and helped design a three-level system connecting executive OKRs to team delivery.
