I’m a Dedicated LPN with 8+ years of experience across diverse healthcare settings, including correctional facilities, plasma centers, and hospitals. I focus on patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and EKG procedures while keeping safety protocols at the center of every shift.

In my current role, I serve as an LPN/Medical Staff associate where I perform physical assessments to determine donor suitability and support the pheresis process. I train newly hired medical staff, use a PDA to record incidents and link supplies to the appropriate donor, and monitor donors while responding to alarms and donor adverse events.

From 08/2020–06/2024 at Veritas Collaborative, I administered prescribed medications and detox medications as ordered, managed pharmacy refill requests, and completed routine clinical workflows like COVID-19 and flu swabs. I also delivered 1:1 therapeutic support, conducted initial nursing assessments for new patients, and provided comprehensive wound care.
