What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, administrative, or remote operations role where I can communicate with clients, manage records and appointments, use digital tools, and continue growing my technology and customer-service skills.

At Frame Focus Studio, I communicated with prospective and existing clients, identified their needs, scheduled appointments, and maintained accurate customer records.

I've built practical experience in customer follow-up, email and phone communication, data entry, calendar management, and independent remote work. I use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted productivity tools to organize information and complete administrative tasks accurately.

I'm currently studying Law at Addis Ababa University and am interested in customer support, technology, and remote operations. I bring fluent English and Amharic communication, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to learn new software quickly.
