What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to apply my banking and financial services experience and business analysis involvement in a Business Analyst role.

At Vistra, I support BA activities for VFunds enhancements, from requirement discussions and process mapping through user stories, UAT, and release readiness. I also provide Level 2 production support and lead weekly triage and production enhancement calls with the Service Desk team.

At Aarav Software Services Pvt. Ltd., I contributed to the RLMS Scoreboard, an internal ticketing and scoreboard system for SBI RLMS operations. I supported requirements and documentation, process flows and wireframes, UAT, and deployment materials.

My earlier roles at Aegies Support Services Pvt. Ltd. and AGS Transact Technologies Ltd. gave me experience in bank customer service, loan operations, ATM and POS support, and incident tracking. I’m now seeking to apply my banking and financial services experience to business analysis work.
