At the Department of Public Works, KwaZulu-Natal, I led spatial data initiatives supporting infrastructure development, immovable-asset management, and land-use planning. I produced executive-level geospatial reports and maps, including models identifying flood-risk and fire-prone areas.
I managed geodatabases and integrated spatial and non-spatial data to support the Fixed Asset Register and property investigations. I also directed GIS implementation and quality controls, and provided technical guidance and training to regional departments, engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
