I've spent six years at Cognizant Technology Solutions testing enterprise trading applications and supporting IT operations. I investigate application issues, reproduce defects, analyze test results, and document findings for technical teams.

I perform functional, system, integration, regression, UAT, exploratory, and end-to-end testing. I use Jira to track issues through the defect lifecycle and communicate testing status, risks, and release readiness across teams.

In backup administration, I supported enterprise backup and recovery operations, monitored failures, restored files and virtual machines, and maintained production availability while meeting client SLAs.

I've also built cybersecurity-focused academic projects using Linux SSH logs, Decision Tree and Logistic Regression models, Wireshark, GitHub, and Autopsy. My Master's degree in Cybersecurity strengthens my grounding in network security, security controls, secure SDLC, and technical investigation.
