I’m a Telecommunication Engineer with 11+ years of experience in SATCOM/VSAT systems, RF troubleshooting, and network operations across field and NOC environments. I specialize in installing, configuring, and maintaining satellite communication systems for offshore and onshore facilities, including oil & gas and maritime sectors.
In my current role supporting the Saudi Navy’s Communication & IT Center (CITC) in Jubail, I engineer and commission maritime SATCOM/VSAT for naval vessels, SOTM platforms, and shore sites. I perform system testing, RF measurements, antenna alignment, and end-to-end link activation, while also troubleshooting VSAT terminals using ViaSat NMS and related engineering tools.
Previously at Saudi Net Link Company, I supported Saudi Aramco projects across offshore and onshore operations, including VSAT NOC engineering for 400+ remote terminals. I coordinate incident resolution with BMC Remedy, monitor network performance using IBM Netcool and NMS platforms, and lead root-cause analysis for service-impacting faults such as VoIP interruptions and intermittent connectivity.
