Che Muhammad Khairul Hisyam Ismail

I’m a Biotechnology researcher specializing in Structural Bioinformatics, blending hands-on molecular biology with in silico vaccine and drug discovery. Across my roles as a Project Research Assistant and Research Assistant, I’ve supported biomedical research in industry and academic settings while building a strong workflow from experimental validation to computational design.

My technical foundation spans PCR/qPCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Dot-Blot and Western Blotting, mammalian cell culture, and virology work including SARS-CoV-2 in BSL3. On the computational side, I focus on Reverse Vaccinology (peptide-based), protein modelling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, and computer-aided drug design—implemented with Python and Bash scripting, reinforced by high-performance computing training and peer-reviewed publication impact.
