At Five9, I designed and built a reactive Spring Boot service from inception that lets AI agents and workflow automations discover and invoke backend routines through a REST API. I drove its multi-region production rollout and added sensitive-data redaction and platform-wide security hardening for customer-facing tool calls.
I also built BigQuery-backed reporting APIs and Pub/Sub-to-BigQuery ingestion, and designed around 20 reusable action nodes for a no-code workflow builder. For the flow-definition service, I implemented authentication, version management, and the CRUD lifecycle on a NoSQL document store.
On the Call Center Interactions Platform, I led five developers through delivery of a real-time call-interactions microservice, from planning through production rollout. Earlier at Datavision NN, I developed application systems for prototype circuit boards and an Android CAD files viewer, and contributed to process-modeling and human resource management applications.
