I joined the organisation as a cybercrime investigator. I extract information from digital devices and use the forensic tools to analyse data as per the investigations officers request. I generate reports of my analysis and attend court.

I provided-second-line support to the client. under supervision, gathered and analysed client requirements for system development according to
their needs.Maintained 95% of the resolution of calls as per client service level agreement

I joined the development team to assist in the development of the e-Rehab system for the rehabilitation centre. I also provided maintenance and support of the system. I had direct communication with the client, I was providing first and second line support.

I Provided technical support training to users and being firs-point contact for fault reporting.Maintained all hardware and equipment used for training, workshops, or webinars at the vodacom resource centre. I configured equipment with new software. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

I joined the company as a LAN intern for four months and I moved to Application Development. Where I was developing the front end of a system, testing and gathered user requirements.
