I’m looking for a high-volume payment operations role where I can own ACH/multi-channel reconciliations, resolve exceptions with accuracy and compliance, and improve workflows—while collaborating with Finance/Treasury and leading teams to meet SLA targets.

I’m an analytical and operations-focused professional with 10+ years of experience in payment operations, financial reconciliation, exception management, and team leadership. I support ACH, card, and multi-channel payment workflows by resolving complex account discrepancies and partnering with Finance and Treasury to keep transactions accurate, compliant, and resolved on time.

In my most recent role as an Analytical Specialist (SYF Workflow) at Deluxe Corporation, I analyzed and resolved account issues across multiple systems (including GECOM, FDR, Vision Plus, Image RPS, and Alpha Search) and performed daily ACH and Western Union reconciliations. Previously, as an Exception / BKO Team Lead, I led and mentored a team of 15 associates, managed high-volume SLAs with SmartTrack, built Excel-based tracking tools, and served as the primary escalation point for process issues and training gaps.
