At Summit Medical Consultants, I review electronic health records across neurology, endocrinology, and cardiology, assessing clinical documentation and medication regimens. I identify medication discrepancies and develop clinical narratives and care plans to support evidence-based decisions.
I also provide medication recommendations, monitor clinical progress, and review scientific evidence for therapeutic guidance and potential drug-related adverse effects.
During my clinical research internship at ESI Hospital, I participated in study activities including informed consent, participant screening, CRF-based data collection, and data quality checks. I also contributed to preparing and publishing a clinical research manuscript in a peer-reviewed journal.
